willy is doing some big Cities War Update?

Is the god of Cities War doing something big to the Cities War World? This screen has been up for 30+ minutes already...

Is he bringing judgement to the cult that made the game world decline in depravity? Is he renewing the world's old design? Is he trying to add supplement elements so that the recently renewed Googlium Maponium be stabilized and mix well? We will soon know.

UPDATE: The long wait was because a mistake in element creation and world update led to a lot of element instability. The CW god took about 2 hours to set the waters back to their limits and the cities back to its destroyed state. Now the Cities War world is back again, with a bank update!
