What Has Been Happening Lately?

In these last days (during a break in CWNews redaction) , besides the everyday stuff, peculiar events have swept the Cities War World lately. Here is a summary of the last 10 days.

Willy Confirms He Beliebs

There was some question as to whether willy beliebed or not. Now he posted a Reddit post that frowned many and disgusted others. He does belieb. No wonder things in Cities War have been going rough...

Reedy Ban Wave & willy Announced Softness on Moderatorship

Reedy went on a ban wave lately, banning Virginebra, Anzee, Lubec, Deci, Dylan, Starbucks, Alau... as he himself says "he doesn't remember who else".

Here, Here, Here and here is proof of discontent in the Cities War Leaders population.

Upon the ban wave and discontent, willy decided (this announced by ReedyTurnip himself) that the moderatorship grip would be more relaxed.

City Request Update

Now willy has an easier way to add cities; by approving requested cities with just a button.

You can request cities in-game now.

Click on the trophy on the left, then click 'Cities'. There is a 'City Request' button on the search panel.

Alliance Interest Rate

Back when the update was made (not long ago), the interest rate was 0.21%. Now it's currently 0.12% due to the increasing amount of the CWBank Reserves. Soon in a few weeks people will be receiving negative interest.

Cities War Reddit Advertising Campaign

Many of the Cities War Leaders have engaged in a Reddit project to promote the Cities War World and how good making genocides in Google Maps is.
