Updating Live: Leg Reaps the Cities War Map

The Reaper has risen.

Due to uneasiness with the update and richness to pop the world, legassassin123 decided to do so as he wished: wipe the whole map.

legassasin (right now The Reaper) is wiping the whole Cities War map, and is starting with the small alliances.

Victims are (as of now): Madagascar, Imperio Oriental, Sticklandia, V, Sakura, Ginebra, Yao, BELIEBers, Helio Imperium, 🌌

We must remember that TR will not be on the list because they were popped earlier by Ginebra.

Will it be just border popping and map wiping, the tantrum of a guy who can't accept update and wants to bring everyone with him? Or is it just Phase 1 of the eventual end of the CW world & maintenance for willy's rent?

The time when Ginebra puts up territory again. So lonely...

By the way, for those who wonder how did Leg (The Reaper) get to pop Helio Imperium territory if he was (And is) part of it, it's simple. He paid 200 gems for whoever popped Helio, and it was Simon who got the prize.
