The Weekly Update #3: CWNews Edition

Hello and welcome to the Weekly Update. I'm NTE and here at the Weekly Update, we give our unbiased news a Weekly Update on whats going on in the world of CW.

Creuters-CWNews Merge

On April 21st, 2022, NTE announced that Creuters' would be no longer making articles for its headline but instead move to CWNews after an offer by DrkOmega to join CWNews. On April 22nd, the date to make Creuters' defunct was announced and Creuters would be no longer a company on the 25th of April. As of now, Creuters' is no longer a news agency but rather, a new addition to CWNews with their signature posts being the Weekly Update.

The V-Ginebra Merge and The Roma Alliance Formation

Last week, V & Ginebra announced that they would be merging after the Fall of Ginebra. Days before, Ginebra was popped and it's capital was effectively seized by The Resistance member, Alex. Ginebra realized its alliance could not function so talks were held with V and the V-Ginebra Merge happened and resulted in, "The Federation". Some alliance members of V and Ginebra did not like this name and even Legassassin threatened a declaration of civil war if the name wasn't changed. So the "Roma" alliance was formed. Roma currently is the largest and most valued alliance with Sakura and Belieber's behind.

Russo-Germanic Commander NTE declares defeat against Sakurian Commander, Shadow Phoenix

In a dramatic twist, the Russo-Germanic and Iron Fist of Roma, NTE, declared defeat against Sakurian Commander NTE when Sakura forces invaded Warsaw and drove the defeated division, 4th Division, out of Warsaw. This comes after a week long battles with the Sakura commander after forces of NTE drove Sakura forces out of Mumbai, India, and then nuked him in retaliation. NTE said to a statement to CWNews that, "The war against ShadowPhoenix was pointless and would only continue to shatter relations for Sakura and may even potentially start a war with the two superpower alliances."

The JB's alliance expansion

During the whole ordeal's with alliances collapsing, merging, and fighting, the JB religious group, The Belieber's grew exponentially. TB under command of Cult Leader, Tubular Toucan, grew in secret by setting new alliance ground by having a border point in Anchorage 4 days ago. Then two days later, they settled with another border point in Atlanta and up north somewhere in the Arctic. Will JB be the new dominant superpower or is this their final order?

Anzac Day

On April 26th of each year, the alliance of Anzac is celebrated by the former members of Anzac. Anzac was a oceanic alliance focusing on reuniting the parts of "The Down Under" Region. This year, Neko49, who was former member, celebrated the Official CW Holiday on CWNews. If you're reading, I highly encourage you read "it's" article.
