Status of Alliances

In this article, CWNews goes in depth of how alliance situations are, and the preparations into Cities War Anniversary.

The recent and surprising news was that Cascadia arose back from the dead after months. What is their status?

Diplomacy: Allied with Imperio Oriental, NAP with Beliebers (mainly due to inside members)

Cascadia was revived after Baxter49 decided to split from the Beliebers. This news was suprising and great, so Helio Imperium greats zmmiz and leg migrated to Cascadia. Dylan, ex-coleader for Roma, also joined the alliance. They accept Beliebers and are under their protection.

Roma was the short but big news before Cascadia became top news. Roma is an alliance that now encompasses west Russia and almost all of Europe.

Roma is the result of a merge between Ginebra and V, V being the host of the merge. This merge resulted after The Resistance made a revenge attack against Ginebra, and the territory couldn't be much longer, plus their capital was captured. King Joaquin and his nobles were tired of holding all the leadership, so they were willing for a merge, and that's what happened with V, under the Afro-Brazilian oligarchy of Furinick. Roma (Spanish for Rome) was the name chosen for the merge. Roma is the primary reason for the Caspian Initiative.

Other Alliances

The Resistance, led by BongDiddy, is still on rest and pretty much dead for now, since the Ginebra-TR war. They had lost to Ginebra in territory and alliance capital multiple times before they made the eventual revenge that caused Ginebra to merge with V. However, TR remains dead until today. Filipe Craft (co-leader) remains active even after a long Reddit letter calling for retirement, however he's a Roman peasant (for now).

The Sakura Pact, suffering a few pops from Ginebra, now lays in peace under the leadership of DIYSlinky. It's a haven for retirees, and was the haven for TR refugees during the Ginebra-TR war. Bit by bit, retirees come and go, for example BakaBento (a few weeks ago) and KevLord3 (yesterday) came on yesterday.

N.S.T.C, led by Pakistan, is currently in a revival status after war with 501st Legion which finished with their territory and their capital. Pakistan however was able to break up 501st Legion's recent 2-day attempt of reviving. The only ones active are Starbucks and Pakistan (probably others more but these are the more notable. 197 doesn't count because he's there to steal his donations from the bank.)

The Beliebers, led by tubularTOUCAN, still remains in the north although having suffered several pops and even the capital captured by RyderSKA (launching attack from TR). The territorial borders have shorted, a relief to many who didn't like the Belieber territory encompassing the north side of the whole Google Maps. They still adore #JB. tubularTOUCAN is rumored to have a big treasury almost comparable to legassassin1234.

Imperio Oriental, led by Alau, is plainly a Uruguayan empire. They were at first vassal of The Resistance (as USRA and later USRU) but now have vassals of their own (like the Mexicanos). Oi the Retard (As description of the alliance says) launched himself against Roma as part of the Caspian Initiative. However, Alau later broke the war status and have no diplomacy with Roma, despite Neko (the pet of Roma) having popped it several times, failing to capture capital.

Vietnam, led by vn123, is still trying to rise and are now allies with the Sakurans after joining the United Asia coalition. It is notable because the leader is Vietnamese, and alliance has territory exactly in the Vietnamese area.

Sticklandia, led by FamousPlan (IamCheems), is still an alt alliance controlling Africa.

Yao Dynasty, led by KimJong49, is still a dead alliance as of now, but holds a record for the longest dead alliance still holding territory.

501st Legion, theoretically led by qwe, is dead in official alliance operations as of now, since the 501st Legion-NSTC war because of boredness. In qwe's terms, it's just scattered but not dead, waiting for N.S.T.C to arise again to arise as well.

Caspian Initiative: Exists as anti-Roma coalition, formed by Noobheim, Viktoria, and Project 40

United Asia Coalition: old coalition formed by Sakura, Roma, Vietnam, and N.S.T.C (Affirmed by Pakistan himself)

The New Warsaw Pact: Soviet_Union, Communist Cyprus, FARC-EP, Sticklandia, United Europe, C.M.U, C.P.I.M. (suspected alts of Famous and Pooassbro, just mentioning that)
