This news report will be the last news report from Drk until August, and it holds some very good updates.
NSTC Comes Back
NSTC appears on the map once again, briefly under the temporary leadership of Starbucks and then back in the hands of the Sulawesian dictator Pakistan. He has made the rebrand of the iconic greenish flag, and borders are where they originally were the last time. qwe has popped them twice, and would not rest unless "they let him in and retire there."
(These cap captures are 2 hours separate.)
Now NSTC appears on map once more. In this case, only Deci and qwe are present, as Eor, Sirboob, and Shrit are retired, and Boyasiz seems to be on the same road as well (although he is doing 10man tourney trying to integrate Roma but banned by Roma leader furinick_) Will they be able to hold on, or will they eventually die again?

The Resistance splits apart
The New Republic and The Resistance split ways. This was announced by Overcooked_Muffin.
Q & A
Question: When is CW Anniversary?
Answer: The anniversary is in October, we lost track of exact date, but its around the time the CW subreddit was made.
The Rise of Atlantic Union, and progress of noob alliances
Atlantic Union, created by gkaufman, has risen in the Atlantic. The noob version that kept getting popped was merged to atlantic union led by gkauf. It's probable that it will disappear, but for the time being, not yet.
Viktoria has reached lvl 2, while the Soviet Union has reached level 3. It has been said that the majority of the Soviet Union are alts, nevertheless some are admitted to be noobs. Viktoria has tried to get pure from alts as well, even letting Deci be co-leader (he'll eventually leak cap to Cascadia, probably). Project 40 still remains with some alts but they have progressed slowly, even without territory.

CWFFL - Football (Soccer) Updates
The Cities War Fantasy Football League starts the first season today! Under simulation management of Filip, the league games and the seasons have been scheduled. Check out the Trello board of the league to see them. (Calendar is under a change of dates)

From the first to the third season, 15 teams (14 official teams and one reserve/youth team) will be playing to win the league. These have been sponsored by their respective sponsors like Nike, Adidas, Petrobras, etc. They have been given the money upfront, and will get more revenue for each game won. The stadiums have been prepared for the games, upgrades being unavailable due to restructuring of construction companies that would only be available in August.
In the meantime, revenue was developed in these formulas (these are for now):
(click Stadium formulas)
Stadium Formulas
This is revenue for the game. p is attendance for the game.
60p + 100,000 = Revenue of Game
p = 1000w + 100d^2 -1000L + 500v + 50g^2 -500f
Explanation: W is Home wins, D is Home draws, L is Home Losses, V is Away Wins, g is Away Draws, and F is Away Losses. This second formula would be the attendance you have at a certain time.
The attendance for all games is then added up and inserted in the next formula to find the total revenue you earned throughout the season.
60a+2,600,000 = Revenue of Season
Here a is the total amount of attendance (all attendances of each game added up to a single number).
20,000 ≥ p ≥ 5,000
Explanation: Attendance will not be less than 5,000, even if losses are great. Attendance for now (since all stadiums are level 1) will not be greater than 20,000.
520,000 ≥ a ≥ 130,000
The total attendance must not be less than 130k nor greater than 520k (for now)
Future
60p + 100,000c = Revenue
c will be the level of stadium
Each upgrade will add 20k, and will cost 35m.
Maximum attendance will be 100k (determined for now)
We will have a Google Sheet soon to make it easier, although not that easy.
Youth teams will be available in August, where the making of a youth/reserve team league may also be available if enough teams sign up to have them. Tirana United is the first youth team (reserved by Albanians United) and will temporarily play in the Official League. Rules of youth teams and transfer rules will be shared in August.
League positions will determine the prize for the league. From 2 billion, these would be split like this:
1st place - 15%
2nd place - 13%
3rd place - 10.5%
4th place - 9%
5th, 6th, 8.6%
7th, 8th - 7.6%
9th, 10th - 4.3%
11th, 12th - 3.3%
13th, 14th = 2%, 1.9%
15th - 1%
