It was brought into observation by Alau that Reedy was alting? How so?

Reedy has been charged with alleged alting with the account "i know the rules" upon separate timing, a spelling observation, having suggested news article on an alleged alt alliance, etc.

Here's the summary of the thread about the very suspicious moment Reedy and "i know the rules" were being brought on alting charges. Reedy leaves, i know the rules starts spamming, and Reedy comes back after he's banned.
