Ah willy, our god. The man who controls all actions in CitiesWar (Or so we believe)
Could it be that in our world there exists a higher society that works for the benefit of no-one? A council of men who just want to watch this world crumble? We've never stopped to think "why". Why does willy produce these godawful updates that seem to serve only to line his pockets? Why does he fail to listen time and time again to the cries of the player-base?
Intellectuals in the community have theorized that willy had been held captive by the CCP, that it was up to US to save willy...
But those theories were merely ploys. Distractions. SOMEONE wanted us to look away and chase geese that never existed. One could say, they sent us "Chasing the cries of children in some unseen chamber, always seeming so near."
A sad truth. For the man who brought this theory forward was none other than ReedyTurnip. The newest CitiesWar "moderator", and a corrupted man who lied to me, he really had me help him devise this "theory". Not to save willy, NO, but to SAVE HIMSELF!
This wasn't just some turn of events, no, he was always a traitor. Not just to me but to ALL of you! This entire player base has been deceived by Reedy...
This, my friends, is the result of the true CitiesWar elite forcing their hand to preserve their safety...
Moderation was introduced to CitiesWar on November 8, 2020.
The initial batch was fair, we all saw them as respected players. Having moderator MEANT something to the world, it meant an unmatched power for any alliance who wield them. It also lead to a story of great corruption among the Moderators, namely those in Hispania and the United European Republics. It was madness at the time, and the reputation of the once beloved Moderation team was all but destroyed. This and the age old CitiesWar problem of inactivity saw the end to the service of many moderators, and the influx of new ones.
Let it never be forgotten this update came 2 months after the nerfing of cities area.
They gave us a sign.
As much as we may respect and honor those moderators, the supposed inactivity was actually another ploy by the group to put their true followers in charge. The old batch cowered away as THEY flooded in.

Enough with the ambiguity.
These were not moderators, instead they were captors. Not just that of willy, but of ALL CitiesWar. These are, whom I like to refer to as, the Red Usernames.
For nearly 2 years now, willy, against his will, has been forced to shove his game up his own ass and back out all for the sick joy the Red Usernames had gotten out of it. We have all watched, and we have all stood by.
Those who got muted.
Racism? Homophobia? Spam?
Lies.
ALL were lies.
The reality was they were being silenced for being truly free from the grasp of the Red Usernames, and now many of them continue to suffer a most terrible Hell.
I tried to justify willy's actions for reasons that never existed.
They tried to tell me that willy was just a bad developer. They told me that it was a pet project and that was meant to excuse the laziness portrayed in his newer updates.
Reedy fed me the very theory I believed for so long.
I may have tricked myself but I was reborn. I saw things the way no other man could, except for those locked from the World Chat.

It was obvious to me then. I realized that I needed HIM to return. WE need HIM to return.
CitiesWar has been longing for an abrupt explosion, the Red Usernames have been suppressing wars especially with their forced introduction of Rivalries. They WANT this game dead.

HE will return to save us all. HE will not leave us behind. The FATHER of our world.
