Marches in Mumbai, Regensburg, and Constata for Arradj & Qaz

There are massive crowds in Mumbai, Regensburg, and Constata cheering for Arradj and Qaz to join the Cities War Moderation Council. The posters are raised with Arradj and Qaz praises. Inter-state controlled Cwitter trends with hashtags #ArradjForMod and #QazForMod.

Now, why the cheers for mod? Both have attack experience, both are from alliances that don't have representation as of now in the Moderation Council, they both have good approval ratings, and both seek to replace ReedyTurnip as mod (he has low approval ratings as of now).

Protests are programmed to also stage in Moscow and Warsaw as Russians and the Polish want to express their support for Arradj. Will the protesters succeed in appealing to willy's grace for the 2 veterans to be added to the Moderation Council?
