Ginebra-V Merge and anti-V Coalition

After the fall of Ginebra to the revolutionaries refuged in Sakura, a new deal passed between the Afro-Brazilian oligarchist furinick and the Catalan king AlbertRivera (Joaquin). The Russians and Spanish shake hands from an NAP to a full merge. The Ruso-Europeans now wave a new flag, an old Roman imperial flag. They have therefore surpassed Putin's dream (except East Russia and Siberia, which are under Yao's control).

However, immediately to encompass all European territory, war was declared on Viktoria and Noobheim. Therefore, the Caspian anti-V coalition was formed and have given ultimatum to V. The coalition consists of: Imperio Oriental, Noobheim, and Viktoria.
