Caspian Initiative Merged into the G.N.P.C[GLOBAL NOOB PROTECTION COUNCIL]

As of today, all assets of the former Caspian initiative will be transferred to the GLOBAL NOOB PROTECTION COUNCIL, former members of the Caspian initiative can apply to become observer members of the GLOBAL NOOB PROTECTION COUNCIL. The GNPC will take on the duties of the former Caspian initiative and continue the struggle against Roma/UA oppression.
