Roma may declare war on IL

We will keep this short (As always), earlier today we got word that Roma will declare ware on IL in 2 days if IL does not decrease their borders in those said 2 days, at this moment tension grows high between these 2 alliances

Hopefully no war does break out in case IL does not decrease their Border, and as always, we do not take any sides in any situation (Unless it involves us)
