*Guns medicinal gear and cars are in low supply as need for these goods go up colombia begins a policy of factory build up which will begin the creation of factories in cali, panama, havana, hanga roa these factories will be split three ways (military), (civil goods), (medical) this will ensure each of these goods will have far better quality as they wont be contaminated with the other products waste while these factories will be state owned they will be split into state owned companies except the military factories will be fully state owned the civil goods and medical factories will host different state owned companies and as this is important to state Colombian factories will give workers 45 minute breaks for lunch and workers will be able to check out at 7pm-8pm which will be the standard day shift the night shift will be from 7pm-6am allowing for constant workflow while allowing fair work as workers won't have to work all day and workers can sign to work at night and this will also allow for constant product flow. Car factories will be opened to allow for the creation of more cars for civil use also allowing to lift more out of poverty as more jobs will be available due to these new car factories the government will open display set ups in cali, bogota, lima and far more to show off cars and find more employees for the company the company will also open two factories in the USA one in France and two in the UK in order to allow for the spread of the brand to other nations. Farming has been a struggle ever since the drought of 2022 so we will begin major farming plans and projects in cali, acadia, Maracaibo these farms will use new innovative strategies using lakes to create small streams of water that flow to the farms which will allow for fertile crops we will also begin to use ice from the mountains to defrost and become water used on the crops allowing for average watering and feeding of the crops to ensure no crop damage from rabbits mice and other pests the colombian
