Negotiations Have Begun

in an attempt to finally create a safe and stable alliance, Black Wolf, past leader of the Deutsch Union, has opened negotiations to join the UA in turn for a fair enough sized territory to start in. "I will not expand past the borders given to me, for now all i want is peace and stability for my alliance to grow in strength till we can fend for ourselves at bare least if we cant be a permanent part of UA." he states, showing his wishes in a simple statement.

will he be accepted as a cadet alliance? lets hope so, because if not it could mean the end of hope for the Deutsch Alliances for months on end.
