After an attack on NSTC by Kim, United Asia's Coalition Committee went through it's ninth voting session with a vote for war with Yao 5-1. This vote began because Article V of the Articles of the Coalition states that when an alliance is attacked, all coalition alliances are obligated to fight back as an act of "self defense".
