Study Sakura #1: Administration

Study Sakura is a mini issue series of The Imperial Post that will cover Sakura's government structure, four distinct regions, and it current diplomatic status. We will be discussing the Sakura Administration today and how it is structured. The Sakura Pact, while it was called a constitutional monarchy on the CW wiki, no longer meets for Parliament sessions due to its inefficiency. All Parliament powers are now exercised by the Imperial Consul. Study Sakura will continue tomorrow with Study Sakura #2: The Four Regions.
