With NSTC and Cummitment Sands finishing their compromise talks over land in the Arabian Peninsula, Cummitment Sands became eligible for application and was accepted through United Asia's Coalition Committee vote. Due to its location outside of Asia, it was decided by United Asia to create a new class of alliances called Cadet Alliances. Unlike member alliances, who are directly in Asia and have full votes, and partner alliances, with full independence and no vote, cadet alliances will be under the direct control of United Asia's Central Committee. The name change was due to United Asia's decision to create a new identity for the alliance. Under direct administrative control, this alliance will be utilized to train new CW players that will help support future UA peacekeeping operations at home and worldwide. With Caspian weakened significantly, this decision will help build up our forces and continue to help alliance building at home and to allies worldwide.
