This just in: We started an interview with Davyslav themself, this is how it went (TDR = The Dossole Record):
TDR: What do you have to say about these accusations?
Davyslav: I'd like to say that I'm not the brutal one because it's the other people who attacked me over time which made me have to take such drastic actions to rebalance the situation.
TDR: How many cities and/or alliances have you attacked?
Davyslav: I'd say probably four alliances and I have attacked in total 109 cities (ten man army).
TDR: Do you have any grudges against anybody?
Davyslav: Not yet, although I had beef with diy slinky when I was a level one beginner and I be would keep attacking Warsaw which was one of his cities at the time.
TDR: Do you attack cities only for Terrorism?
Davyslav: No, I only attack cities for my geopolitical goals, or for my dignity and honor as revenge for people who took my city's.
TDR: Would you like to add/say anything else?
Davyslav: Yes, first of all, I don't want the blame to go on the alliance I'm in because the alliance members are innocent and knew nothing about my plans. Second of all, I might stop attacking cities because I need to pile up more resources and gems for my bigger mission which means I'm currently gonna be peaceful for now.
